Excellent family room, double bed and two camp like beds for our 15 year old and 7 year old, extra camp bed was great value. Top floor, they provided ear plugs in case noisy from the street, but we did not notice anything. Great staff, great location (one tram stop from Nottingham train station) and a fantastic breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and we will definately be back next time we stay over. Plus, Nottingham Forest won 7-0, so a great trip over from Dublin.

I love the location. My room was excellent. Super clean with a balcony. It was a good size. The bath room was good sized with a powerful shower a plus point. Staff was helpful when I asked for extra towels and toilet rolls. And the communal kitchen was well stocked and easy access.

We booked this villa for our guests during our daughter’s wedding and had a wonderful experience. The property is spacious, with two double bedrooms, a fully fenced backyard, and parking for two cars. It comfortably accommodates up to five people. The villa is well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, complete with all utensils (including options for children). We also appreciated the generous supply of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits, which made the stay even more welcoming.
