I found this hotel to be very inviting and warm and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was a lovely place to come back to at the end of the busy day. Every single person who works at this hotel was amazing. Our room was lovely and overlooked the garden. I would come back again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect place to explore the city on a walk. Very friendly employees and perfect service as well. We asked for a second duvet which was brought within a couple of minutes. Amazing bar downstairs. Very clean room.

Loved staying at the Black Lion. It was a very comfortable stay. My husband and I arrived a few hours before check in and we were allowed to have an earlier check in. Our room was clean and fresh. We were given complimentary waters each day. The continental breakfast each morning was fresh and well presented. Not many options for breakfast but I thought it was adequate. The building is beautiful and the pub is exceptional. The area around the Black Lion was lively and safe, nearby bus & train stops. Will definitely recommend staying here

We have spent 5 days in London with friends. The apartment was really nice and comfortable. There are shops around just a short walk away. Underground and bus stations are close. The second bathroom and balkony is handy.

the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.
