I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff were amazing, the “guest quarters” with board games and unlimited pick n mix was such a nice touch and the food was delicious!!! The room was amazing we stayed in the “Light Speed” room.

We had a super late arrival to the apartment and the owner accommodated us by leaving the key for us to collect. I stay in alot of apartments and this has to be the nicest one I have ever stayed in. The owner was on whatsapp checking in to see if we were ok. Washing machine onsite incase you need it. The decor is just beautiful and the beds were super comfy. It is just off the Royal Mile so location is amazing to get to everywhere. The apartment block felt very safe with no parties and mostly couples/families around and the receptionist guy was super friendly. I will definetly stay here again and recommend to everyone.

Beautiful, well maintained apartment. I loved the old style, it fit perfectly with the location. It was super clean with absolutely everything you could need. We were very lucky to have a snow day so had an excuse to take a break from exploring and watch the beautiful sights from the windows looking out onto old town.
