We were extremely satisfied. Hotel is very clean, comfortable, staff is professional and breakfast is excellent. It also has parking for hotel guests. Close to hotel is the one of the best fish restaurants. Location with a many old buildings is heartbreathtaking. Tram station is a few minutes by walk and the royal ship Britannia is situated one tram station away. Also ideal for going to Murrayfield stadium because of direct tram connection.

we think this house is big enough and beautiful decorate interior. the location is perfect near Tram station. Have fully equipment in kitchen.
