Location was perfect and quiet. The decor and boutique ambience was so unique and welcoming. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Shower was top notch -hot and big with good pressure. I would def. Return and recommend to everyone.

Wonderful stay in Nice!
Annie was an exceptional host. Even though my check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, she kindly allowed me to check in early. The room was spotless and prepared with cold drinks and snacks — such a thoughtful touch.
The location is fantastic, just a 2–3 minute walk to the beach. Annie also generously offered to wash my clothes for free and even gave me a snack for my trip to the next city.
She truly is the heart of Nice. I’m very grateful for her kindness and hospitality — I hope to see you again, Annie!

The appartment is really well equipped, with plenty of cuttlery, pots, plate, cups, and appliances (air conditioning too), and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable. Thierry is most helpful, I just commented on a couple of things and he made them happen without me even really asking. He pays attention to detail, which is rare in this business.

Everything was great and it was a perfect location. We were told though that the linen would be changed as we were there for 6 nights but that did not happen . Aside from this everything was great

The hotel is very nice, good location, clean rooms, good breakfast. Private parking if offered which is very important if you travel by car. No headache to find public parking. The room was rather small but well furnished and very clean. It was very quiet at night. The hotel is closed to the embankment and to an old town and other places of attraction.

The hotel is near the Promenade des Anglais and a 20-minute walk from the city center. The room was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. A nice bonus is the fountain for filling up still and sparkling water. The staff is also very polite and helpful.
