Everything. But if pushed I’d have to say the location which was phenomenal - the living room window sat over the wall of the old town. Incredible views and everything on our doorstep. The place was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and luxury linen, considering its location it was quiet and we all slept well. Showers were powerful and kitchen well equipped. We also made use of the washing machine after active days in the mountains/canyoning. Car parking was much more simple than I imagined - St Claire car parking is a 4 min walk away and we bought a 5 day pass for 45 euros.

Most beautiful apartment ever. We had the LOVELIEST time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from every bar, restaurant and shop in Old Town Annecy. Very comfortable and the decor was a surprise! Perfect for a romantic couples’ holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! We stayed during a heatwave, the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but the temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable and cool.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets.

Friendliness and assistance of the whole ADL team made us feel at home. ADL is in the centre of Annecy, close distance to all attractions. The tasteful aesthetics and comfort of the rooms and the restaurant add to the hotel's pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Excellent food, local tastes and excellent staff were the reasons why we favoured this restaurant during our stay. The daily crowd confirms the quality. If there was a higher score I would of given it- but 10/10 will do. The property may be a little hard to find when you first arrive, it’s quite a discreet door- which adds character to it. It’s in an old building, right at the top (Duplex apartment). But once you open the door you immediately feel like you are in a luxury building ! The property is absolutely beautiful, lots of natural light, extremely clean, stunning decoration,has all the equipment you need for a short stay- including spices etc. The tub is the icing on the cake- after a nice meal in the evening, you get back to the apartment and relax in there. You step out and you are on the Main Street of the “old town”- can not get better than this. So busy outside, yet you don’t hear any noise in the property. We loved our time here, and of course lastly we have to mention the host. Sebastien is a gem- very accommodating, friendly. Gave us recommendations where to eat, helped getting a taxi to the airport. We really appreciated everything. Thank you.
