Everything. But if pushed I’d have to say the location which was phenomenal - the living room window sat over the wall of the old town. Incredible views and everything on our doorstep. The place was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and luxury linen, considering its location it was quiet and we all slept well. Showers were powerful and kitchen well equipped. We also made use of the washing machine after active days in the mountains/canyoning. Car parking was much more simple than I imagined - St Claire car parking is a 4 min walk away and we bought a 5 day pass for 45 euros.

The apartment was cozy and had everything you needed. Laurent also had taken the time to put together a folder with lots of information about the apartment (e.g. how to operate the appliances, where you can find nearby cafes and restaurants) along with suggestions for things to do around Annecy. The location was perfect and made it easy to access all the old town has to offer. From the time of booking Laurent was very prompt with responding to any questions and also provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the apartment and the car park space.

Most beautiful apartment ever. We had the LOVELIEST time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from every bar, restaurant and shop in Old Town Annecy. Very comfortable and the decor was a surprise! Perfect for a romantic couples’ holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! We stayed during a heatwave, the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but the temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable and cool.

Hotel du Chateau is a hotel situated at the foot of Annecy Castle. It has views over the old town. The reception offers free WiFi. Guest rooms at the Hotel du Chateau are simply decorated.

It was small, but very nicely furnished and cozy. The bathroom was new and even provided a hairdryer etc. The staff was very friendly. I felt welcome there.

The property is facing the lake of Annecy and located in the centre of the old town of Annecy, a couple of paces of the shopping streets.

From the minute Jacques greeted us on arrival we loved our stay at this splendid hotel. Creamiest scrambled eggs ever, in addition to a great selection of meats, cheeses, fruit etc for breakfast, comfortable bed, great shower, location right across the park to Lake Annecy, central to the old town and a 10 minute (15 with luggage) walk to the station. Helpful, friendly staff.

Apparthotel Privilodges Le Royal is located 200 metres from Annecy Lake and 350 metres from the Palais de l’Isle Jail in the heart of the old town.

Wonderful little hotel to stay in the heart of Annecy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dinner was wonderful, breakfast was exceptional! Would come back to stay in a heartbeat! I would request a lower floor room as there is no lift (but the lovely staff took our suitcase up for us)!
