( Pics uploaded are of the first night we got. Not the 2nd night) We had the luxury of staying here on 2 separate nights as we were heading out to Lapland then came back. Our first night (28-29 Nov) was superb from the moment we checked in till check out. We were greeted by a tall guy and dark hair and a pretty big built at the counter who very kindly offered late check out when we told him of our plans the next day (leaving pretty late to catch the Santa express). We were also assigned room 378 a corner room which was spatially very comfortable! The ceiling was high and the room was an absolute luxury with a very big toilet! The location has to be one of the best as it is located right opposite the train station! A little walk away to the senate square where the Xmas market was but the walk there is very nice so not an issue !

The location was excellent. We loved the design of the apt and the attention to detail—water bottles to borrow, some chocolate, eco-friendly soap and shampoo. A lovely bonus to have access to a real gym with machines, free weights and kettle bells.

Centrally located. Beautiful hotel currently undergoing renovation but this doesn’t impact the overall services and enjoyment, no loud machines etc, just slightly hidden entrance and less than scenic outlook from some windows. Staff, cleanliness, rooms, food etc are all outstanding.

Great location as it is closed to the Helsinki train station. The shopping area were only walking distance away or you could hop on the train to anywhere. Breakfast was good and the staffs were helpful too.

The location is super accessible. Every major sightseeing place is near the hotel. And the host Mariana was super friendly and helpful in every way. She is a super sweet woman.

Hey, we left too early in the morning for the normal breakfast, but the reception personnel provided us kindly with nice sandwiches, orangejuice, yoghurt etc. We will definitely come back again!!
