Amazing hotel at a central location, close to the central train station. Very modern hotel, spacious room and bathroom, amazing place for breakfast and extra place available for relaxation, chat or even work. The surprise for us was the sauna which was included in the price. The place of the sauna was very well organised, clean and it offered to us a relaxing evening after our walk in the city. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

I had a beautiful view to a park from my room , the staff were excellent , always smiling , The location was excelent .The breakfast was wonderful . The toitet had a higienic duche , not common in Europen,but essencial for brazilians . We loved this hotel .

It is easy to contact the staff via whatsapp when we have queries. The whole 5th floor Bob W. Many rooms on the same floor but it is quiet. The underfloor heating in bathroom is good. All the facilities are easy to use. The cafe for having breakfast is just next to Bob W. Although it is simple breakfast, the quality and taste are good. It is just 5 minutes from Metro and 15 minutes to the pier for taking ferry to Soumenlinna. There is a big supermarket at the basement of Metro station. It opens till 10pm.

We liked everything. Our room was cosy; it was the first time when I felt at home in a hotel. I tried SPA treatments, and they were on a good level, too. The staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. We came right after Christmas, and the hotel was beautifully decorated. So many things have been included, which is what to be expected from a 5-star hotel: shower cap, soft bath robes and slippers, bath salts, nice capsule coffee machine (we didn't use though). The breakfast was very nice with good selection and food quality. I particularly liked old-styled porridge with dry fruits (I didn't try such before, but I'm pretty sure it's how it tasted when the hotel was founded 137 years ago) and that tasty cappuccino was included into the price.
