Location and it is very clean. The price is reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. I have forgotten my ring in the room and the staff is efficiently helping me to find it out and mail back to me. The sauna facility is fantastic! I went down around 7 pm and had the whole place to myself, which was such a treat. I really appreciate it — it must cost quite a lot to maintain such a great facility. The gym is small but has everything I needed.
The staff here are top-notch: consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The entire place feels clean, stylish, and absolutely worth every penny I paid.
The view is amazing, and the location simply cannot be beaten. The breakfast buffet was also very nice and a great way to start the day.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

An experience of living in a previous prison. Although the halls still remind of the prison but the room was cozy. Excellent dinner and breakfast included. Hot enough and spacious sauna in the morning. The room was big, there was a bathtub. Walls thick, silent inside

Absolutely loved our stay in the classic family room. Fantastic design. As they advertise it really combines best of both worlds. Like a boutique hotel but has all the comforts of staying in an apartment. The place is new, has everything you could ask for and has one of the best locations if you are visiting Helsinki. Very close to the market square and Tram 4 and 5 stop right outside the hotel. The price is really reasonable compared to other similar properties. What more could you ask for??

It is in the perfect location. Next to the central train station, in front of tram stop. Even though it liggers on a busy road, it was quiet in the room and there was no noise. The room was cozy, spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom so beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere. The brightness in the room and bathroom was adjustable. The staff were so kind. The breakfast delicious! I am definitely staying there again when I come back to Helsinki.

Very nice and new hotel with the very bright, modern and minimalistic interior.
Hotel is situated in the centre of Helsinki.
The hotels staff is very good but I have to give extra recommendation to Ms Paivi, receptionists supervisor as she was always extremely polite and efficent.
