The apartment was awesome, for that price a lot of things were included such as a washing machine, tampons for ladies and much more! The personal was very kind and ready to answer at every hour. I also liked the position: it was near the sea and to the city center, a 5 minutes walk from the Metro. Another goal is the fact that it is located in a quiet quartier, nearby a supermarket which was perfect. If you want to come to Valencia, come to this apartment!

We stayed at the studio apartment for 7 nights. Through out or stay we have been very happy with the accommodation, staff and the service that was provided by OsitoHub. They truly made our stay comfortable as soon as we arrived to Valencia. Bedding and the apartment it self was clean. It was equipped with all the necessary things for our needs. Towels , ironer, drying rack, hairdryer, soaps, air conditioner etc. Always responsive if we had any questions from the time we booked the accommodation till the very end of our stay. Kind and friendly staff. I can highly recommend the place. The service was excellent. General: The accommodation is located 30min walking distance to the beach or a bus ride of 15min with bus 32 (bus stop 5min walking distance) Grocery store is 3min walking distance City center/old town is 36-40min walking or 10min by metro. Metro station is 5min walking distance.

The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and well-furnished. It is conveniently located, and the hosts were kind and responsive. My stay was more than pleasant – I highly recommend it.

Staying at Valencia University's accommodation was a delightful experience. The accommodation is ideally situated, offering easy access to various locations in Valencia. Family suite has two rooms - one with a kitchen, two working desks and a sofa, and another with two beds. The suite came with a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with kitchenware, and a bathroom stocked with essentials like shampoos. Safe and quiet neighbourhood, nice and helpful communication, spacious & well-equipped apartment. Easy to get around, public transport (metro and bus) very close. Super easy to get there from the airport and city center. The room size and equipment was optimal and the king-size bed was very comfortable. Important to keep in mind is that all the communication they are keeping in the written format and only in the booking.com chat.
