Water park, food, personal...All!!!

It's a very quiet, spacious hotel, with a spectacular beach for snorkeling, with its private beach. The staff is amazing, incredibly friendly. The restaurants are very good. a little paradise!

Amazing hotel. We travelled a lot but there is no better hotel than this. Staff was very welcoming, rooms were clean and the food was the besttt. We will for sure come back. Price is soooo cheap for what this hotel has to offer. 100/10

Indeed the hotel deserves the rate it has on booking. At the beginning they unfortunately missed our reservation for airport transfer, but as a compensation we got room standard increase, multiple way to a la carte restaurant and some refreshements. They made everything perfect so even this small inconviniece was easily forgotten. The room was spacious and renewed not so long time ago. It was cleaned every day, mini bar is always full of water for your use. WiFi was working perfectly in every place in the hotel, at the beach, in the room, at the bar. Food was really good, we are not a big fans of all inclusive vacations but the choice you have here is really big so even as a picky eater you could choose something - 2 restaurants and 1 a la carte. Also there are plenty snack bars available so even when you missed breakfast or lunch you can easily find something to eat. Worth mentioning is also the coral reef just in front of the hotel, I was really suprised to have such amazing underwater views without any additional trips for snorkeling. We took one for diving in Ras Muhammad National Park but we enjoyed coral reef at the hotel much more. For people who don't like to swim or don't feel comfortable in water there are life guards who keep eye on everything so you can enjoy as much as possible. What is also important they are prepared for jellyfish burns so you don't need to go to the doctor if one will attack you - they have creams available at their site which helps immediately. The Staff is really friendly and always try to help as much as possible. At the hotel site you will find spa and beauty salon, diving centre (if you want to go snorkelling choose the trips avalable online because the prices here are doubled), ping pong, bilard and gym. They also have pretty rich animations programme.

The hotel is very quiet and relaxing however it also has a very good entertainment staff with good DJ and activities for different age groups. The hotel placement is very good, close to everything a tourist would need. The food is amazing. This hotel has a very unique beach access where you can go scuba diving or snorkeling. The staff was very helpful and always available to help with the biggest smiles on their faces. Special thanks to the whole restaurant’s staff and to Mr Mahmoud Achri.

The location is great, close to Old Market. Staff is always there to assist all your needs. I was invited for a special dinner which was amazing.
