Their service was extraordinary Islam ... Yousef ... Hosam ... Salah ... Ali... they made me feel like part of the family and supported me with anything I needed. It's very safe, and they’re always attentive to you. My wife felt very comfortable and secure. Ubers could easily reach the location, which made transportation easy. They even let me wait in a separate room after check-out while I waited for my flight — at no extra cost — since there were still many hours until departure. The view of the pyramids is stunning; even from the bathroom window, I could see the Great Pyramid of Khufu in the background. Everything was clean and well-organized, and if you need anything, they’ll get it for you. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Without a doubt, I would stay with them again. Thank you for making us feel so warmly welcomed in Egypt — you’ll always have a place in my heart.

The rooms were very wide particularly the room where my children stayed, it has a balcony with a wide sitting area. The presence of water cooler in each room is a brilliant and nice facility particularly in summer. All the staff are friendly.

The staff was amazing the receptionist both Mohammed and Nour were very helpful and made our stay much easier. The hotel itself is very nice and clean lovely people and great views the room also did not disappoint, with stunning views of the pyramids.

We traveled to Egypt for the first time and the experience has been incredible, this was our first accommodation, very well located for the program we defined and with an incredible view of the pyramids of Giza. We were very happy with the hospitality and above all the support that the management gave us, not only in sharing information and finding a guide for our visits but also in purchasing a cruise on the Nile. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfasts vary and are delicious and inspired by local culture. The room was well organized and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It is definitely an excellent place to stay for 1 or 2 nights for a visit to the pyramids of Giza and Saqqara.
