This hotel was perfect for our three nights in Giza. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, strong aircon, a rooftop terrace where you can watch the sun set behind the pyramids and enjoy a shisha, and the staff was 5 stars, all around. Islam, Abdul, Hussam, Yarra, (I can't remember all the names, but you were all excellent!), they were simply amazing and they made the experience for us. I seriously can not say enough good about all of the staff here, they were extraordinary.

Great view to the pyramids. I could access the rooftop anytime, I saw many great sunsets, free light show on the pyramids, so I experienced more of the pyramids and desert landscape than just 1 day visit. The manager Mohamed was very helpful and gentle. I loved the Egyptian breakfast.

We stayed at this place with a group of friends. Hotel manager and the staff were always available and kind to us. They have provided everything we needed during our stay. Rooms are pretty spacious and facilities work properly. The hotel’s restaurant has a stunning view and the food is quite good as well.
The hotel has also a tour guide named Mustafa Kemal. He is a great guy, very friendly and has been very helpful to us during our visit to Giza and Saqqara pyramids. I definitely recommend him to everyone who consider to book a tour in Giza!

We had completed a 2 week customized tour of Egypt and wanted to revisit the pyramids of Giza and Grand Egyptian museum before finishing this "trip of a lifetime ". We chose this hotel close to pyramids
The hotel was a wonderful surprise- it is a very new building, and the rooms are clean, with quality linen and towels. We chose a pyramid view room which gave us views from bedroom as well as the rooftop terrace which serves as bar, breakfast and dinner area. They will open a downstairs restaurant soon.
The reception staff, were welcoming and extremely helpful. They organized transport and a day trip for us very efficiently. The bar staff, were also attentive.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the evening light show and Friday night fireworks visible from the hotel.
We walked from the hotel to the Sphinx gate to enter the pyramid complex without too much bother.

The pick up from the airport was perfect, the check in staff we informative and kind and Abdo with the roof top restaurant was was the best waiter! Always there when you need him, attentive and kind. The rooms were great with everything in working order. The #1 reason for booking this hotel was the view of the Giza pyramid complex. The view was SPECTACULAR! But the reason we will book this location again in the future is the staff. They were better than excellent!

Mrs. Dina, at the reception, was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the view from the top of the building. Room was comfortable and clean, and there are a lot of places around to explore. Mrs. Dina helped me for checking out later than expected with no cost, because I had a late flight. Thank you, Dina!
