The location is perfect for exploring the wonderful old city.. Connecting with share rides (Bolt, local version of Uber is excellent) is tricky as the area is pedestrianised and cabs etc. are not allowed. But there is a statue called The Happy Chimney Sweep about 80 meters from the apartment building (turn right as you leave) which is recognised by the Bolt app as being OK for picking up and you can use the English name when booking online (rather than in Estonian, which we found tricky!)
