It is a self-service place. You don't see the staff, but it is just excellent for an introvert like me. There was no breakfast but a stove and utensils in the room so I could cook a simple meal whenever I woke up. It is not near the Old Town but again it is what I wanted. Bonus point for me, the room is on the ground floor so whenever I ordered food through Bolt, it was delivered right to my window.

After my bad experience with another hotel in Tallinn after long travel I definitely needed place for rest.
I choose Dzingel because it's good offer with huge breakfast in the morning.
Another thing when I arrive receptionist expected this.

The apartment is very cozy, everything was clean. There are a lot of kitchen ustensils. It is a bit far away from the center but the neighbourhood is very calm. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment.
