I had an amazing experience during my stay. The staff was exceptional, providing friendly and attentive service that made me feel welcomed. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional.
2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service.
3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing.

The location was perfect with such a serene atmosphere. The food was great, and the resort looked spectacular at night. The staff at Florecita Restaurant helped us celebrate my younger daughter's birthday and one of them came wearing a costume and danced with her. We were all extremely happy.

Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.
