This particular hotel is very close to Munich Central Station (literally within 5 min on foot). Location is perfect. Downtown reachable on foot within 15-20 min max. My room was very clean, quiet, with all necessities in it. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices for buffet (cold cuts, scrambled eggs, hot options, cereals, coffees--variety of them made by machine; yogurts, fruits, etc.). Shower had excellent pressure, no issues of any kind with drainage. Although my room was not far from elevator and I'm a light sleeper, I had no issues with noise. It's a wonderful hotel and if I'm ever back in Munich, I'm staying in this hotel for sure.
And I also like that everything can be paid by contactless payment (no cash accepted anywhere in the hotel).

The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast had a very good variety of food. The staff (reception and the rest of the staff) was always friendly and helpful when needed.
The location was very good, close to the main train station, to Munich's old town, and to a U-bahn station.
