Staff was very kind and helpful. Particularly, Mr.Waseq who was so friendly, also Ilias and Nicolo. All staff greets you with a smile (don't remember all names!) A variety of delicious choices for breakfast. Location was easily approachable by bus/tram.

Nice room, very good and clean. Loved that it had breakfast with different varieties. Also you can have lunch and dinner there. But the best part is how close to shops and tram this hotel is. Big big plus was the amazing team at the reception. I forgot his name, but spanish guy that helped us get around different Christmas markets and he is sooo nice. Definitely will return

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and was cleaned up after 2 days. The equipment was modern. The location is great the subway is near in a walking distance. There a small shop at the corner where you can buy foods and drinks. I recommend to stay here, because it has a great location.
