The receptionist during my stay, was excellent, and couldn't do enough for me, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again when I next go to Cologne

It's the best alternative to sleeping on the floor of the airport. The room was very warm and cozy, staff was very nice and helpful. The price is more than fair for the service, highly recommended!
