The staff were friendly and nice upon arrival and during stay, the room was clean and plenty of space, the bed probably needs a mattress protector or extra sheet to protect the mattress as many people will be staying there but for a new established hotel every thing was good.

The hotel was in an excellent location - very close to Cologne train station and the old town. The hotel was very clean and modern. We were upgraded to a loft room which was a nice surprise! The unexpected sandwiches, coffee and juice for breakfast were delicious!! The front staff were friendly and helpful. We would come again when in Cologne.

The owner was very hospitable and accomodating and the flat was really nice and peaceful! The city centre is about 40 minutes walking distance away or 4 stops on the tram/metro, so you can very easily get there. There is designated parking spot for the house and the area seems really safe, so no issues parking there!
