The staff was super friendly - I was travelling to Cologne for a concert i got gifted for my birthday. The staff made it very special, brought me the cutest cake and a lovely card. We stayed at the hotel for a night. The hotel is easy-to-find, just in one of the central busy streets. They have 24/7 check-in desk. Overall, the check-in was easy and fast. The room was clean and comfy with a set of standard facilities attributed for the places like that. The bed is comfortable to sleep. They even provided bottled water courtesy the hotel, which was quite nice. So it is definitely a nice place for a short stay in Cologne.
