Fantastic establishment. Spacious rooms, big beds. All areas very clean. Very pleasant and helpful host (friendly welcome, help with arranging taxi, etc.). Ideal for families - we enjoyed the pool and basket for basketball. Short walking distance to the center of Cidade Velha.

The Appartment is super clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they are really nice. The beach is a ten minute walk away, the supermarket 3min. There is a really good restaurant for breakfast and lunch right around the corner. We highly recommend this place if you are starting your Kab Verde Vacation at Praia.

Absolutely everything especially Mamadu, who looks after the house!!! For the very first time I was travelling on my own and I did enjoy every minute! House is absolutely beautiful with amazing views from the patio and sitting area which is pretty much at the swimming pool. There are so many plants around that you feel like in a jungle literally, but that my kind of house. Peace and quiet area ... except for the roosters, but I did love it as well, as brought me back to my childhood when I grow up in the village. And the most important factor why I did love this place so much is that I was on my own, so all house was to myself!!! Fortunately, Mamadu was there any time I did need anything!

It is very clean and spacious apartment in a new area of Praia.Restaurants can be found to walking distance as well the markets. The owner/manager Kutello speaks a bit of English and he is very eager to help. He acted as a friend. The car can be parked free of charge front of the building.. Kitchen has all the facilities for cooking. Very good Internet connections.
