Everything was very smooth. Juan Esteban organised our transfer from the airport to the apartment and was there waiting for us upon arrival. All was per the pictures, amazing view of Medellin, working washing machine, all bathrooms had warm water and check-in and check-out were very easy.
A definite recommendation :)

Everything perfect, cleaness, host, wifi, service. 24/7 Security at the entrance. Few minutes walk from Plaza Botero and from the Metro station. If I come back to Medellin, I will definitely stay here

The property is downtown in a busy street. If you like to be where real city life is then that’s the right place to be. There are plenty of supermarkets around. The lady who takes care of the flat leaves next door and she is super helpful. it’s like you live in a family run business. However, for those with an issue with noise, they need to be aware that it’s a very busy street with traffic. I didn’t have an issue at all though. The flat is spacious and nicely decorated. The owner responded to all questions. Overall, that’s a great place to stay and I would certainly consider staying again.

This is the second time I stayed in this accommodation and loved it. Yolanda, the lady who takes care of the property, is very helpful and a joy to speak to. Whatever I needed, she made sure I would get it asap. She handed me the keys upon arrival. The flat has all necessary either for short or long stay with a fully-equipped kitchen. Sofia, who runs the property, is exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The building is centrally located, less than 5 minutes from Casa de la Memoria and just across Tolbon Theatre. There are plenty of super markets and just few blocks away from the Placita de Flores. As a single woman traveller, I haven't felt unsafe in the area, but I look a bit like a local. So it's better to be cautious as in any other big city. Don't get with you valuables or move around with cameras and mobiles in full view. Finally, be aware that this is a busy street, so have you with earplugs if you are sensitive to noise, although during night time is rather quiet.

I had the pleasure of spending 11 days in this beautiful apartment in Medellín. The facilities were outstanding, with 24/7 security providing safety. The location was convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the gym, which made it easy to stay active.
The apartment itself was well-equipped, featuring a spacious kitchen that met all our cooking needs, a jacuzzi, a walk-in closet, and nice views that added to the experience.
