Pandora Vista Retreat was truly a highlight of our trip. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Zhangjiajie. The hospitality was exceptional — Linda, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. She greeted us with genuine warmth, helped us plan our itinerary with a hand-drawn map, and even organised pick-up and drop-off services to fit our short schedule. When it started raining, staff immediately brought us umbrellas. It genuinely felt like staying with family — so welcoming, kind, and attentive to every detail.

Mary was an amazing host . Accommodation top notch , food fabulous and owner was helpful beyond belief. We had one and a half days in the park and managed to get to see the so much thank to the itinerary and support provided by our host Mary. She even realised we were running late for our train getting through through the park she suggested getting our driver she had booked for us to meet us at the exit point of the park. She goes beyond what you would expected of a host and we are so fortunate to have booked her homestay . We plan to come back 🙏

Dont’t hesitate, just book this accomodation! Because of the proximity to the west entrance you’ll be able to visit the park without waiting for cablecars or elevator. Lucas made us a 3d/4n trip (2 days Zhanjiajie, 1 day tianmen) and we think we’ve seen it all as this is something you only do once in a lifetime. Food in the hotel is great and enough variety to not get bored on day 3. Thank you Lucas and staff.

The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. We cane in very late in the evening, she even woke up to open the doors for us. She gave us extra blankets and warming flasks for us to stay warm in the cold weather. The breakfast and dinner were homecooked. It really is a tight-knit small family hotel!

Excellent views, access to the convenient (and less crowded) west gate of Yuan Jia Jie 5 min from the lodge. Staff, Rain, is excellent and dropped us off each day. Food was lovely, scenery was even better. Excellent tea master and tasting, thank you! Max the reception dog was a treat each morning.

I was delighted during my trip to China, staying at the Yang's Courtyard. It was truly a paradise of Chinese poets. The breakfast was very hearty, and the owner even prepared some Chinese snacks for us to enjoy at the scenic spot for lunch. The dinner was the most delicious Chinese cuisine we have ever tasted, and we also enjoyed some Chinese tea. Participating in the picking activity was simply a wonderful experience. This trip was truly marvelous.

What a splendid spot. Tucked right by the park entrance, it offers remarkable convenience without sacrificing an ounce of tranquillity. Waking up to those peaks each morning was rather special. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner, Lucas, ßand staf were very helpful in arranging our tours.We felt that we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. The location was conveniently very near one of thw park entrances.

The homestay is located in the forest park scenic area. The environment is super nice. There is a small courtyard and a swimming pool. There is also a small stream in front of the door where you can play in the water. The room was clean and comfortable. The landlady served us very warmly. The boss's dishes were delicious, especially the white-feathered black-bone chicken and cured meat at his place, which was particularly tasty. It was my favorite style. When we went to the mountains for a trip, we took the bus right at the door, which saved us a lot of time. It was a perfect travel experience. I'm very grateful to the landlady for providing us with the travel guide
