The stay was really perfect, especially because of the amazing and very attentive staff - always ready to support, everyone was doing their best throughout the day to make it enjoyable. Whenever you would leave the room, you would come back and find it cleaned, some sweets and other small treats added, the minibar re-filled. Very comfortable room and bed.

Our stay at Le Méridien Xi’an was unforgettable, thanks to Hao Lan’s exceptional service. As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel. Its modern, new, clean and uplifting.

It was a beautiful hotel. Our room was amazing, so comfortable and elegant, with a beautiful small private garden area. The food choices at breakfast were excellent and we ate one delicious evening meal here. The staff were lovely and so helpful. They found out it was my birthday when I was staying and delivered a gift and cake to the room.

The place is quite & beautiful, clean and the staff is very helpful, they helped us get tickets for the Terracota Warriors for the same day and were always willing to help to make the stay even better! We would definitely stay there again.
Beds are very confortable, huge, and rooms are spacious.

The hotel is in 3 minutes from Dachaishi metro station, easy to find. Ladies and gentlemen on reception are really helpful (everyone knows only Chinese, but with Baidu translate that's okay).
The room was clean and cozy with everyday cleaning. Conditioner, kettle, cups, towels, Chinese TV if you like it.
Good place for that price:)
