Staff were very helpful and friendly, in particular Deedee and May. We also received a free room upgrade to a very spacious suite. Hotel is close to a metro station for getting around the city easily.

Ideally set in the centre of Xi'an, Mcsrh Hotel-Xi`an Zhonggulou features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge and free WiFi.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, close to shops and only 30 minutes fro lm the bell and drum tower by feet. The room was clean and had all necessary services for my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
