I stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip and thought it was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are an incredible size and the beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed in the previous 5 weeks. The reception is on the 96th floor so the views of Shenzhen are second to none. My room was on floor 80 with great views. The room was enourmous and had everything you would need should you need to work of if you want to catch up on some news you can turn on the enourmous TV with ceiling mounted stereo speakers... I rarely eat at hotels as I like to explore wherever I am however on this ocassion I had the buffet at the hotel. The food was fantastic. Seafood, ramen, cold meats, freshly cooked meat, sushi and desserts galore. I highly recommend doing it at least once.The bar is also great and reasonably priced as hotel bars go. When I checked out I needed and ATM and unfortunately I didn't get the name of the chap in reception who assisted me by taking the lift down with me an organising for Jason to walk me to an ATM and get me a cab to the train station. They couldn't have been more helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better — right next to the train station (Luohu), which made getting around incredibly easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, featuring modern touches like automatic curtains. I especially appreciated the bathroom layout, with a great shower, a separate sink area, and a separate toilet — very convenient.
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Another big plus was the option to leave my luggage after check-out, which made my last day much more comfortable.
Overall, I loved my stay and would absolutely return.
