This stay was fantastic! The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 15-minute taxi ride away, making it a blessing for travelers with early or late flights. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The front desk staff, especially Lily and Tina, were friendly and provided attentive service, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and excellent soundproofing. We couldn’t hear any airport noise at all, allowing for a very restful stay. The room was well-equipped, with fast Wi-Fi and a desk that was perfect for business use. The bathroom had great water pressure, and the hot water came quickly. The breakfast offered a variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western styles, and everything tasted great. The freshly brewed coffee and fresh fruit were especially delightful, giving us energy for the day ahead. Overall, this stay was extremely satisfying and offered great value for money! Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone needing to catch a flight!

She spoke great English and guided us around the area to find food, groceries and even baby essentials as we were travelling with our 1 year old. The room was great, very clean, and spacious enough for our needs. Great to always be supplied with plenty of bottled water. Having a laundry room (and also the possibility to leave the laundry to be done by the staff) was great. I loved the delivery robot as well, it made for an extremely fun experience. The hotel is very close to the terminal station of metro line 1, which offers great connections to a lot of interesting areas in the city, including the centre. There's also a direct bus line to the Shanghai Zoo, which is great. I will definitely look into booking here again when returning to Shanghai.
