The staff was fantastic. They anticipate our needs before we asked and they were most helpful, helping us to book didi. The hotel design was perfect for travellers. Well thought out design, having the sink separated from the bathroom. They also gave complimentary drinks and snacks from the mini bar. They supplied bottled water every time we went out. Location close to MRT, mini markets, eateries and bakeries.

The service staff from the door to the counter desk to be room service to the breakfast table are all impeccable and knowledgeable. Love the details inside of the hotel room. The room is spacious and with a very comfortable bed. But if you intend to add another bed, it might be quite challenging. It does come with a day bed near the window. Just request an extra pillow and blanket. This hotel is next to a big shopping mall with all the high-end shops.

The landlord is very good, and the house is very clean. The homestay is 80 meters away from the subway station. It is very close to Jinmafang and the old neighborhood of Kunming. The location is also easy to find. It is very convenient to take the subway downstairs. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the disposable toiletries are complete, and the bedding is very clean, ensuring a comfortable sleep. I will check in again next time. I highly recommend it!

This is the only hotel my husband and I will ever stay in, when in Kunming. Our room was PERFECT and beyond what we expected. We paid slightly higher for a room upgrade and just ADORED our room. I wish we could have spent even another night in the hotel and would have paid extra just to be there - pity time was not on our side and we had to return to South Africa. We will definitely be coming back and requesting that specific room again (if its available at the time of our travel). Reception staff are friendly, professional and efficient and most of them are able to communicate basic English which helps alot. Reception staff are also equipped with translation apps on their devices making communication in different languages possible. Great staff, Great Service, Great overall everything!! Happy customers. We will definitely come back.

Very well located and clean, good value for money. The area is nice and a short walk from pedestrian streets and market, subway 2 mintes away and very convenient if you need to be close to the Railway station. Good breakfast and probably the best thing about it is the staff. We particularly want to thank the girl at reception on the morning of August 17th.

Very stylish hotel which is run well by the manager. The staff are polite and helpful. Everything is immaculate and overall there is great attention to detail. We loved the fresh flowers in the entrance hall. The fruit in the room was a nice touch too. Great buffet breakfast and really convenient for the subway.
