Very comfortable room in a nice hotel. The staff is hospitable and even speaks English and can therefore give tips about the area. Breakfast is also provided and there is coffee. They have some really nice cats.

Our recent stay at Old Street Courtyard in Huangshan was absolutely delightful! The hotel and its rooms are very beautiful, with traditional Chinese design (the house is over 400 years old!). We left with great pictures ;) The location was perfect – just one step and you find yourself in the bustling Old Street. Try to see the Old Street in the evening as well, as the streets are lighted creating a movielike atmosphere. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff ensured that our stay was seamless, offering helpful tips for local attractions and even assisting with transportation arrangements. Bed was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful with giving us directions as to where restaurants are and how to get to the popular tourist attractions such as the Old Street or how to get to the high speed train station. She even mentioned how much it would cost when going by taxi so we wouldn't get scammed. Optional breakfast was very cheap and you can eat as much as you need for only 10 rmb.
