Constant Follow up by the Host from the moment I arrived at the Airport until I reached the Property. Even when I returned to the Airport, the host followed up. I see the Eagerness to tend to the Requirements of the Guest. Recommending Places. Also, the host did her best to be available whenever I required anything. The host Accommodated my Requirement of one hour extension. The host refused to take the payment for the extra time. The location is right above the Subway Station and Several Restaurants around the same building and in the Vicinity. Connectivity wise, I recommend the place outright. On my Return, the Taxi Driver was about to drop me till the Subway station that connects to the airport Line 18 and instead, he drove me directly to the Airport. Midway, I told the same to the host as she was the one who booked the taxi. She apologized for misinterpreting my communication. She offered to pay half the taxi fare. I was okay with it on this occasion. The language challenge with the host is minimal. I was able to convey everything required with ease. I would recommend this place to myself again and to other hosts. **** Kindly check for different available options of commuting with the host and you can choose the one that suits you the Best****.

The staffs when out of their way to help the hotel guests, when we hire a vehicle with the apps and the driver gone to the wrong pick up location, the staff help us contact the driver and even went out the hotel entrance to look for our ride. Since we have 5 pieces of luggage’s, three staffs came out of the hotel to help us load it to the vehicle. During our stay the concierge help us to make all our dinner and site seeing reservations. The cleaning lady even leave us a note after cleaning our room to welcome us and fulfill our request, a thumbs up to all the hotel staffs and we would like to stay in this hotel whenever we come back to Chengdu!

They made check-in a breeze, gave us great recommendations for things to do around town, and were always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made our experience memorable. The hotel is located in the hub of the city and very close to the most sophisticated shopping malls. The room was spacious and its design was practical and handy for occupants. Breakfast had a wide variety of exemplary quality Oriental and Western choices. It is worth mentioning that the service of the restaurant staff was remarkable, one of whom Miss Amy WU Yaru was particularly outstanding. She did remember our favourite juice which was not included in the routine menu and automatically served it on our next visit. It however does not undermine the equally high quality service of other staff in various departments. It was a memorable and enjoyable stay overall.
