The room was comfy. The staff Belle and Frank were great ,we had Frank on wechat to answer and questions and Belle was our girl on the ground she was so sweet and spoke English, she even ordered us a didi to make our transport to the next hotel easier . The food at the restaurant was great huge portions and well priced. Belle have us some parting gifts to thank us for staying with them, all in all an amazing stay.

Great for international travellers, as I noticed the wifi allowed access to Google etc. so it was easy to stay connected if needed. Location was also a two minute walk from a subway station.

Very nice place to stay, room was clean and nice. People were also very helpful and kind. We had to leave early to visit the Giant Panda and miss our breakfast, luckily they gave us some small breakfast bag for take away. That was very kind.

Lovely hotel on a superb street and next to a lovely park. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Rooms lovely, clean and spacious. Excellent location near the metro for exploring the City, short ride to the Panda Park and for getting to the main train staions for the high speed trains. 10 minute walk to Khan and Zhai Alley and close to Junli Ancient street - both fun areas to explore. Breakfast was delicous - the best we had during our stay and the coffee fresh. I thorougly recommend this hotel and would return.

Excellent location, close to Chunxi walking street, IFS building and Chunxi Road Metro Station, also the airport express and some of the major park express buses too. Breakfast was simple but good.
