It is a classy, beautiful place. The room is spacious and clean. It’s in downtown and within walking distance to many attractions, supermarkets/stores and restaurants. Feeling safe in the area. We felt welcomed the moment we got off the cab front of the hotel. Breakfast was great - eggs are made to order and enough choices and variety to kick start the day. The staff were friendly. They spoke good English. Would definitely come again when visiting Santiago again

Comfortable and very well-located studio right at the edge of downtown Santiago. Very clean, well equipped, and the bed was large and comfortable. Marcela was quick to answer questions and provide recommendations for local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and it started our trip off on the right foot!

I am very happy with property. all as discribed, location superb. very warm in winter- that what we needed after coming from Atacama. Only one minor point- i booked acoomodation the same day we already arrived in Santygo.- that lead to 2 hours waiting time scince i contacted host - and actual check in . e g 16.00-18.00 apr. Otherwize- superb! Many thanks
