I arrived with a suitcase making loud squeak noises waking up the neighborhood - lol. Angelius from the front desk immediately oiled my wheels with WD40 !! Truly impressive service! Everytime I stay here its amazing! Love the vibe, the location and the bkfst is great!

I loved staying here. The room was very clean, with a lot of storage space and all the necessities needed (microwave, fridge, water kettle, mugs, smart tv etc.) The check in an check out process was very easy and convenient and I also loved the area, not far away from the city centre. I will come again for sure :)

After reading some negative reviews we were sceptical at first but as fast as we checked in we knew we are going to be happy about our stay! The hotel was really clean and we enjoyed it, it is placed in the heart of the nightlife but we didn’t heard anything in our room so we slept like little babies, and it was really fun to join other people in their drunk karaoke party. Zurich is an amazing city and it took only 10 minutes to walk from central station to the hotel. Both me and my sister felt safe all the time and enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast and unproblematic and checkout was even faster we just needed to leave our keys in the special box. We will definitely come back because for this price this place is absolutely one of the best to stay in!
