The hotel was overbooked due to some glitch in their web site. We did not stay in the hotel however we were there for awhile while waiting for another accommodation. The hotel is very clean and with a relaxed vibe. KJ the manager was very welcoming and very helpful. He even drove us to the next hotel and made sure everything was to our liking. He rocks and we really appreciate his kindness. You seldom see people go beyond their ways to help strangers. We would love to stay in his hotel next time we visit Zurich. If he treated us well even if we did not stay how much more if we are his guest in Kronenhof? I recommend Hotel Kronenhof anytime.

This 3-star hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Zurich Main Train Station. It offers a restaurant and free in-room Wi-Fi. The Bahnhofstrasse shopping street is just a short walk away.

Very friendly staff. Superb conditions for small children: not only they provided the baby crib free of charge, but also left a sleeping bag (see photo) and a diaper container in the room. The room was very large and nicely decorated. Breakfast was also good

The breakfast had fantastic choice and was always delicious. The location was great as it was very close to the centre but far enough to have quiet time and be away from the crowds. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and especially the library room where we enjoyed our meals every day. The location is fantastic for walks. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. The spa that is attached to the hotel an absolute treat and gives it all an extra sense of luxury. Amazing views from the outdoor pool and so nice to just to go straight to fur room after such a relaxing and pampering experience. We will definitely go back again
