It was magical. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very tasty, we loved fresh orange juice and pancakes. Ladies at breakfast were very polite smiling and helpful. We appreciate that. Bed was comfortable.

Cannot fault our stay at Hotel Zermatterhof. Expensive but worth every penny. The staff allowed us to use the spa facilities right up to when we departed (after 4pm). Perfect for us to have a hike and then enjoy the spa and shower before our flight back!
