The place is incredibly clean, and despite the shared bathrooms, there are enough of them, and they are often cleaner than those in hotels. The host is extremely friendly and courteous, always willing to assist. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering everything you need to prepare meals. The apartment is very quiet, and the guests are friendlier than in many hotels I’ve visited. The parking is secure and conveniently located right in front of the property. The rooms are bright, very clean, and tidy, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful with planning and suggestions. They recommended the Schnuggebock restaurant (only accessible by car), which was a fun experience and good food. The mini bar in the room was useful. The lobby had a good selection of snacks and drinks. The view was fantastic and the sleep was quiet. The location is perfect for visiting the Ebenalp area, which is not to be missed. Free parking.

The property had a lovely and interesting interior. The rooms were clean and facilities well maintained. The staff were very helpful and nice. Rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely especially with their homemade jams.

Simple rooms is a great place to stay, offering a great value-for-money ratio. Markus, the owner of the place, is an extremely warm and welcoming person. He makes sure the accommodation is spotlessly clean and comfy, where everyone feels at home. The building is newly renovated and offers new furniture and excellent bathroom facilities. There are also 2 kitchens with cooking facilities and a coffee vending machine. We highly recommend this place.
