Silvia was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, despite being next to railway. Breakfast was lovely. location was good. 5 minutes from city centre by train, which runs every 15 minutes.

A very nice hotel with a nice view on the luzern and the lake, the personnel was very kind and helpful, room is nice and spacious, too bad we could only stay one night, since it was full for the rest of the time. Restaurant is also very good quality, we enjoyed a nice dinner. Hope to be able to visit them again and stay longer.

Mountain view room was amazing. Location from sbhan station was just a few minutes walk. Very polite and helpful staff. Guided us to use the sbhan station which take only 4 minutes to reach lucern. We saved a lot of time.

Everything was perfect. Staffs were super friendly, breakfast was delicious and the Spa was awesome. Definitely worth the money. We had high expectations given how nice the pictures online look and it looks even better in person.
