Everything was perfect. Staffs were super friendly, breakfast was delicious and the Spa was awesome. Definitely worth the money. We had high expectations given how nice the pictures online look and it looks even better in person.

I have had a perfect stay here. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Beatiful surroundings. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Good connection to Lucerne City centre and to Mt. Pilatus cable car. Very friendly and attentive staff and hotel manager.

Gery's camp is on an excellent location especially if you come with car, busy city centre is easily reachable with a bus 2 mins from the camp. THe Waldhotel in the resort is an amazing place. Astonishing views and incredible room size. The breakfast was something unique, and you have the opportunity to eat with a unique view of the mountains. I went with my spouse and we get engage there, the experience was amazing because they prepared everything for us, and they were really nice and they were in top of us every step of the preparation.

The manager and his wife were wonderful! We ended up eating every mean overlooking the beautiful Lake Lucerne. We got to know the waiters and they were so kind. We went for a day into Lucerne, and the manager recommended the best restaurant, Brasserie Bodu which we have since passed on to friends visiting Lucerne. The apartment was really great - really clean, modern, and at an excellent location (in Old Town so within walking distance to Chapel Bridge and the Jesuit church and also only a 5 min walk to a bus stop and 10 min from the train station). The kitchen was equipped enough to do some cooking, and the radiators did a great job with keeping the apartment nice and warm. We also met Christine who was really friendly and was able to answer our questions.
