The balcony view is just unmatched. The ambient roof lighting was impeccable and made the room more aesthetic. The jacuzzi again steals away all the limelight despite having a spa within the room. Perfectly planned view and amenities provided in the room. We loved the complimentary drinks and the spectacular bose sound system .

I am rating this for what it was, not a hotel but more like a hostel with capsules. My first time to stay in such and would definitely do again! Good instructions to get there, maybe a bit tedious with all of the codes needed for various doors. But super clean, and the capsules were spacious (there were free lockers in the hall for luggage, but for me it was just easier to keep my backpack with me in the capsule - and there was space for that) Well dimensioned showers and toilets also, didn’t have to wait even even a little.

This modern and fresh hotel is perfectly located in the city. It's self checkin, and very simple and clear. The rooms were so chic, and very very clean. The hotel rates were very affordable, especially for Switzerland. And the location is very central, walking distance from the main train station, close to great food and bars and shops. Also, the building is located in across from residence flats, so you have a very local feeling as well, which I appreciate.

Just a few meters from the historic Chapel Bridge, Hotel Pickwick is located right on the Reuss River in the carfree Old Town of Lucerne. It includes an English pub and offers free Wi-Fi.

Great location ... Very close to the train station and also bus stop. Nice view of lake Lucerne n chapel bridge. Really love the views from the room. Close to all the shopping areas in Lucerne.
