Very clean and comfortable. Great pillows!The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed a free welcome drink on arrival. The location is great being close to the old Town and a bus stop is opposite the hotel which is very handy.

The receptionist Stephanie was incredibly kind and supportive during our check-in explaining to us about the city and the hotel and the Christmas special options at the hotel restaurant (breakfast, brunch, etc) I can only thank the team and specially Stephanie for making our stay special

Reception staff made us a cappuccino on arrival as we were early for check in. Staff were excellent. Young lady at reception made us a cappuccino one night when sitting at a front table. So thoughtful very friendly. Very clean room.

Everything was perfect! The location - close to the train station, close to the airport bus, on pedestrian street in the old town, but only 2 minutes away from the tram station. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. The staff both on reception and in the restaurant were kind and always willing to help.
