Reception staff made us a cappuccino on arrival as we were early for check in. Staff were excellent. Young lady at reception made us a cappuccino one night when sitting at a front table. So thoughtful very friendly. Very clean room.

Everything was perfect! The location - close to the train station, close to the airport bus, on pedestrian street in the old town, but only 2 minutes away from the tram station. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. The staff both on reception and in the restaurant were kind and always willing to help.
