Because we traveled from Monday to Wednesday we weren't able to try the food. We would have loved that the restaurant would be open. But other than that the hotel service was great.

Spacious room, well furnished, with a seating area. Plenty of space, and room for clothes. Nice large windows. Coffee, tea and hot cider available most of the day. Excellent location. A very short walk to the harbor, in one direction, and a multitude of restaurants in the other direction.

The beds were huge and very comfortable, there were lots of good facilities in the inn including a laundry. The kitchen area was well equipped and good quality coffee was provided. The location was excellent for downtown Victoria. Staff very helpful.

Position was perfect, Breakfast amazing, the staff super nice, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept. I am still dreaming about those comfy pillow !!
