The room was spotless, pleasantly scented, and the beds were very comfortable. We were pleasantly upgraded from a queen room with 2 queen bed to a presidential suite, where we enjoyed the in-room jacuzzi after a long day of activities.

Hotel is closest to Niagara Falls and central to other hotels, restaurants and fascinating scenery. Very comfortablel, clean and good value for money. Very courteous and helpful front desk staff. I will recommend the hotel. The icing on the cake was when I got upgraded (for free) to a room with a much better view of the falls. Thanks guys!.

The best view of falls in this area (I stood on 17th floor). Very nice and helpfull staff. I could park my car at hotel's parking lot in the morning - before my room was ready.
