It feels like a resort! So beautiful, lots of great spaces, the breakfast was outstanding, the staff were delightful, the beds were private and comfortable, it’s very secure and the surroundings are safe… it was like a perfect hostel! I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Excellent Hotel great location right on Copacobana beach just walk over road lovely room did pay extra for seaview worth every penny waking up and looking at the fabulous view over the beach, room clean and comfortable and tasty breakfast what more could you want it did rain ☔️ a couple of days but we went to the museum of tomorrow it was a little early in the season but still got a nice tan Maria and Shaun

An extremly welcomeing and familiar environment. The hosts Alessandro and Cristina are very kind and helpfull. The hostal is located in the community of Leme, 10 minutes walking from the beach, with amazing sea views and local nature close by. They provide an excelent breakfast in addition to evening meals and drinks. I would highly recomend this hostal to any travellers looking for the authentic río experience. Obrigado Mar de Babilonia!

Wonderful hostel, I really liked the friendly vibe and nice facilities! The location was perfect too - just a little walk downhill to Copacabana. One of the nicest hostels I stayed at in Brazil!
