The staff were fabulous and especially want to note Karim, the duty manager who met us at the front desk. He was polite and super hospitable. A colleague was sick and he went out of his way to assist in making her comfortable.

Everything about our stay was perfect — comfortable, luxurious, and truly memorable. The kids’ club, water park, and beach club were all fantastic. Our child had such an amazing time that he didn’t even want to go back home! The dining experience was also excellent. The dedicated kids’ buffet section was an adorable touch that we really appreciated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
