It was a wonderful experience, the room was large with a small balcony, a lovely neat and clean place. The owner received us in an expecting way, was very helpful. The only drawback that he doesn't speak English but he speaks Bulgarian and Russion. If go back again to Vilingrad for sure I will stay at this place at least one day. The place has a good privacy rooms, and new facilities: nice jacuzzi and spa and a shower.

It''s my third stay there , over 5 years. This time, I took my mother there, for her 91st birthday, and she was delighted. The owners and the staff are as caring as they used to be, the pool is as nice as before, and everything is still functional and clean. The street is quiet at night, so you can have a good rest. And when you walk around, the views are lovely.

Everything! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well designed. We had a great stay with our one and a half years old son the place is comfortable for children. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We did not want to go.

Everything is new and well thought. It was clean and well maintained. The staff is very polite and ready to help you with everything. To go to the bathtub and enjoy the view while it’s cold outside is a must do!

I felt at home. My room was huge and with a lovely balcony. You could also have a dinner there and a drink, in a family environment. Amazing hosts.

Amazing place - it had a jacuzzi & a sauna & the property was super clean and well maintained. The hosts were hospitable and helpful and there was free parking. There were a couple of shops in the neighbourhood nearby and the kitchen was well equipped with all sorts of pots, pans, cutlery.

The forest jacuzzis are awesome. Everything is so clean. The room is very comfy, and well decorated. Also very clean. The breakfast has an enormous variety of food, and so tasty. The dinner is refined and tasty. The staff are very polite.

Excellent hotel and spa resort! The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded our room with no extra charge! The delux double room was huge, crystal clear, amazing design with breathtaking panoramic view! Amazing dinner and extra amazing breakfast, super spa facilities! Great facilities for kids too, and guess what? Pets are also allowed!!!:) We Loved everything about this hotel, and we will defenetely come back together with our doggie next time!
