The staff at the check-in counter, Mr. Nazmul, was super friendly and helpful. He helped me check-in early and upgraded me to a bigger room, which helped me rest well after a long distance red-eye flight.
The room was clean and comfortable, everything was new.
The neighborhood looked safe, with a 30 minutes ride from Dhaka airport.
