What a pleasant experience. From the start to the end. Thank you to all the staff. From service to etiquette, we were wowed. Our flight landed incredibly early, we were blessed with the kindest desk attendant who allowed an early check, charge free❤️. Location, magnificent. And the view of the hotel itself is really soo pretty. Cleaning staff well mannered and friendly. Room was amazing super comfy. Breakfast, awesome. Definitely a 10/10👍

The hotel was immaculately clean, all the staff were very friendly , the room was clean and comfortable and the choice of breakfast was amazing.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, this was our third visit to Baku in the last 9 months and this hotel outshone the other ( more expensive ) hotels. We will stay here on our next visit.
